Moving Out?

All homes sold within Howard Lake City Limits must have a sewer line inspection completed before closing on the property. {Ordinance No. 10.07}

 

Enter your closing date if you own the property. If you rent the property, enter your move out date.
Did you rent or own the property you are moving away from.
The physical address of the property.
Where are you moving to? Needed for final billing.
To create your final bill, we need to meter reading on your closing day or move out day. This can be submitted to cityofhowardlake@howard-lake.mn.us on the day you move out.
