New Resident Form

Utility Bills are sent monthly. Services included are water, sewer and garbage.

Garbage is provided by Mumford Sanitation - the City will set up this service for you.

If you are purchasing the home, enter your closing date. If you are moving into a rental property, enter your move in date.
If you have a PO BOX, be sure to include that.
If we do not receive a water meter reading from you on your closing day/move in day, your first bill will be estimated based on total usage and number of days you occupied the property. Meter Reading can be submitted by email - cityofhowardlake@howard-lake.mn.us
Is there a recycling bin at the property yet? *New construction homes will not have a recycling bin there yet, select yes. *Anything that is not new construction should have a recycling bin.
If you would like an additional garbage or recycling bin, include that here. A second garbage would be the same rates as above. Each additional recycling bin is $2.25. *Any future changes to your account, there is a $15 garbage swap/pick up charge. Please include any additional information you may have questions on!
